Williamsport Bicycle Recycle offers a Build-a-Bike program for our community.
We have many good used parts in our Parts Department. If you pay for a frame, you can use our parts, tools, expertise, and shop time. Customize your bike as you learn bike repair and maintenance techniques & skills you keep forever.
We are happy to work with you at your convenience.
